Alex was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. When he came to deliver our boards, he wanted to look at our spot. We are beginners and the waves were quite big/rough. He advised us to wait a few days to see if it got better.
He was more concerned for our safety and ultimately us enjoying our time vs making a sale.
We ended up meeting him at another beach a few days later and renting for a few hours. He was very communicative and easy to work with. I was very thankful he took our safety seriously and will recommend him to anyone and everyone I can. Thanks again Alex!!!
