I made a reservation by contacting them via email. This is the best deal on the island...$45 for the whole day! Alex will set you up, contact you, and deliver your boards. Basically, a one man show. When you fill out the contact form, it asks you a few questions, but since I knew nothing about conditions and where to go, Alex said he'd recommend depending on the weather.
I'm an experienced paddler and brought a dry bag. If you want to bring things, make sure to ask for a board with bungees. He directed us to Baby Beach(we just walked there) gave my friend some quick pointers and we were off. It was pretty shallow the day I went. I could jump off the board and touch the sand up to my neck at times. But the waves broke pretty far out and there weren't many swells to knock you over.
The water was clear and I saw two sea turtles! We only stayed out 2 hours but it was perfect because I was paddling with a friend that had never paddled. Biggest bonus was the carbon fiber paddles...so light! I also asked about merchandise and he said he'd ship to me when his new stuff came in next week. Great experience!

What a day on the water! Highly recommended you rent a SUP for the day if you're in Maui.
Alex was awesome and came right to our condo to drop off and pick up the boards.
My wife and I were able to get a few hours in during a morning and afternoon paddle.

After a rental storefront next to our hotel closed (unexpectedly) early (and we missed getting our boards to have them for a 5 am moonlit adventure) - we contacted Alex, Friday after 5:30 pm just to check availability for the next day and to see if, on the off chance, he was still renting boards that late.
Not only was he available, he delivered to our hotel (Lahaina Shores) after our dinner plans concluded (he said between 8 & 9 PM which was perfect for us). He called us promptly at 8:15 and the delivered boards were in the service elevator and on their way up to our hotel room before 9!
Alex was great - helpful, charming and totally accommodating in every way! And the pick up was just as easy...
He is a courteous communicator - he gave us a time window and showed up promptly - calling us a few minutes before he arrived.
Everything went picture perfectly!
You do not need to find a storefront to rent quality stand up paddle boards in Maui. You need Alex - and his five-star customer service company taking care of you with excellent Maui aloha. Call him or text him today! You will love working with him.

Wow, what a great company to rent SUPs from! Alex was super easy to work with.
This was our family's first time to do stand up paddle boarding and glad we tried it - we had a blast!
It was an inexpensive way to enjoy the ocean with our kids. Alex suggested Baby Beach in Lahaina which is where we met Lester, the guy who delivered our paddle boards.
He was friendly and gave us a quick instruction. Once we got in the water, it was super easy to figure out, even our 6 and 7 year old kids were able to do it! Pick up was as easy as delivery.
We will definitely do this again next time we are in Maui. Thanks Alex! !!

If you're wanting to paddle board in Maui, rent from these guys! All it took was a simple phone call to arrange and they dropped off the boards and paddles to our hotel (Hyatt). We got some quick pointers and we were off!
The boards and paddles were good quality (as compared to some we've rented before in other waters), we stored them overnight with the hotel bell stand and were able to use them again the next morning.
(At our hotel, it was easy to find the boards a resting place along the walkway while we stopped for a bite or to relax between outings!) You really get your money's worth this way renting for a full 24 hours. Easy to book, great customer service, quality rentals=five stars!
